Paan Ice Cream Ice cream flavoured with the world famous Meetha Paan. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paan Leaves, Meetha Paan Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 5-6 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Paan Ice Cream 4 Paan Leaves chopped 2 Meetha Paan 5 cups Milk Method Bring milk to a boil and cook till it reduces to one third its volume. Remove from heat and add sugar and mix. Add khoya and mix. Set aside to cool. Add fennel seeds, gulkand, green cardamom powder, paan leaves and meetha paan and blend everything together in a blender. Strain the mixture. Transfer into an ice cream tin and cover with the lid. Keep it in the deep freezer for four to six hours or till well set. Unmould, slice and serve immediately.
