Ingredients
- 400 grams cottage cheese (paneer) grated
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 fresh coriander sprig to garnish
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, and let them change colour. Add green chillies and onion, mix well and sauté till translucent.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add cottage cheese and mix well.
- Add salt and fresh coriander, mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
