Break eggs in a bowl, add sugar and beat with an electric beater till fluffy. Add orange rind, vanilla essence, cottage cheese, lemon juice and orange juice and continue to beat for 2-3 minutes. Sift together refined flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix well. Grease a cake tin with oil and dust with dry flour. Pour the cottage cheese-orange mixture into it and tap lightly. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove the cake tin from oven, cool down to room temperature. Remove the cake from the tin and place on a plate. Spread orange marmalade evenly over it, dust icing sugar on top, cut into wedges and serve immediately.
