Ingredients for Paneer Petha Roll Recipe

  • Condensed Milk 200 grams

  • Dessicated Coconut 1 1/2 cup

  • Paneer (cottage cheese),crumbled 1/2 cup

  • Petha (sweet) 5-6 pieces

  • Kewra essence 2-4 drops

  • Edible red colour 2 drops

Method

Step 1

Mix condensed milk with 1 cup desiccated coconut, kewra essence and red colour. Grate the petha and mix well with the cottage cheese. Take a small portion of the condensed milk mixture and roll in out into a round.

Step 2

Place a small portion of petha mixture in it and close to make a small oblong shape. Roll into desiccated coconut and place on a plate. Chill lightly and serve.
