Ingredients list for Paneer Petha Roll

  • 200 grams Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese),crumbled
  • 5-6 pieces Petha (sweet)
  • 2-4 drops Kewra essence
  • 2 drops Edible red colour

Method

  1. Mix condensed milk with 1 cup desiccated coconut, kewra essence and red colour. Grate the petha and mix well with the cottage cheese. Take a small portion of the condensed milk mixture and roll in out into a round.
  2. Place a small portion of petha mixture in it and close to make a small oblong shape. Roll into desiccated coconut and place on a plate. Chill lightly and serve.
