Ingredients list for Paneer Stuffed Papad Roll
- 150 grams Cottage cheese
- 8 Papad
- 1-2 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Mix cottage cheese, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, ginger and salt well together. Cut each papad into half.
- Roast them directly over the flame or on a hot tawa and shape them into a cone immediately.
- Arrange these cones in a deep bowl and stuff them with the cottage cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
