Ingredients list for Paneer Stuffed Papad Roll

  • 150 grams Cottage cheese
  • 8 Papad
  • 1-2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Mix cottage cheese, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, ginger and salt well together. Cut each papad into half.
  2. Roast them directly over the flame or on a hot tawa and shape them into a cone immediately.
  3. Arrange these cones in a deep bowl and stuff them with the cottage cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
