Ingredients

    • 4 tsps Pani Puri masala
    • 1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
    • 4 cups chopped fresh coriander leaves
    • 2 inch ginger
    • 4 green chillis, chopped
    • 4 tsps coriander-cumin powder
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • ½ tsp salt

    Method

    1. Grind together mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, coriander-cumin powder, lemon juice, Pani Puri masala, salt and 2 cups water till smooth.
    2. Pour into a bowl and chill.
    3. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
