Ingredients for Papad Paneer Rolls Recipe

  • Papad 8

  • Cottage Cheese cut into ½ inch cubes 150 grams

  • Green chillies chopped 1-2

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons

  • Ginger chopped 1/2 inch p

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Mix together cottage cheese, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, ginger and salt. Cut each papad into half.

Step 2

Roast directly over an open flame or on a hot tawa and shape immediately into a cone. Arrange the cones in a deep bowl and stuff them with the cottage cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
