Ingredients list for Papad Poha

  • 6-8 Papad
  • 1 cup Pressed rice (poha) thin
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida

Method

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry papads till crisp and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Crush papads, add pressed rice, salt, red chilli powder and asafoetida. Mix well.
  3. Serve or store in airtight container.
