Ingredients for Papletche Bhujne Recipe

  • Pomfret 1 inch pieces 4

  • Onions Chopped 2 medium

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Pathare Prabhu Masala 1 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Mix onions, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pathare prabhu masala, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves and apply to the pomfret cubes.

Step 2

Rub the above mixture with your fingers lightly, so that pomfret cubes do not break. Heat oil in a pan, add the above mixture and sauté on medium heat for five to six minutes or till the fish pieces are cooked. Serve hot.
