Ingredients list for Parsi Style Chicken
- 500 grams Chicken cut into 8 pieces
- Breadcrumbs
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to deep fry Oil
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 4 Eggs
Method
- Place chicken in bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in non stick pan.
- Place breadcrumbs in bowl. Break eggs in another bowl and whisk well. Roll each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs, dip in whisked eggs and deep fry till golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
