Ingredients list for Parsley Garlic And Mushrooms On Toast
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves sliced
- 10-12 Button mushrooms sliced
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- 5-6 Black peppercorns crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice bread diagonally. Toast the bread slices in the preheated oven. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté lightly. Add garlic and continue to sauté.
- Add whole wheat flour and continue to sauté till the raw smells disappear. Add the milk gradually and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add mushrooms, salt, crushed black peppercorns, parsley and mix. Cook till the mixture thickens.
- Arrange the toasts on a serving plate, spread the mixture over the toasts and serve immediately.
