Ingredients for Peach Bread Pudding Recipe

  • Canned Peaches canned, halved 14-16

  • White Bread Slices 6

  • Butter 2 tablespoon

  • Eggs 2

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 2 cups


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Place peaches in a non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp butter and cook for 7-8 minutes or till the peaches caramelize.

Step 3

Break eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla essence and whisk. Add milk, whisk further and set aside.

Step 4

Break 3 bread into small pieces and place them in an ovenproof dish. Spread 1 tbsp butter over them.

Step 5

Place half the caramelized peaches on the bread. Break the remaining bread slices and place them over the peaches.

Step 6

Arrange the remaining peaches over the second bread layer. Pour the egg mixture over them.

Step 7

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
