Ingredients list for Peach Brulee

  • 2 Peaches,tinned
  • 1/2 cup Hung curd
  • as required Brown sugar

Method

  1. Roughly chop peaches and put in a chopper jar. Add hung yogurt and process.
  2. Pour into shot glasses upto ¾ full. Put 1 tsp brown sugar in each glass.
  3. Cover the glasses with cling film and chill in the refrigerator preferably for 1 day.
  4. During this time the sugar will melt and sweeten the yogurt mixture.
  5. Serve chilled.
