Ingredients for Peach Party Recipe

  • Canned peaches 3

  • Canned peaches 200 grams

  • Marshmallows 200 grams

  • Marshmallows 1 cup

  • Fruit Cake 1-8 inch

  • Whipped cream 8 tbsps + for garnish

  • Vanilla essence a few drops

  • Almond essence a few drops

  • Roasted almonds flaked 1 cup


Step 1

Heat some water in a large non stick pan. Put the marsh mellows in a bowl and place it in the hot water in the pan. Add cream and let the two melt together, stirring frequently.

Step 2

Cut the fruit cake into small cubes and put some of them in each of 4 martini glasses.Moisten them with the syrup of the tinned peaches. Cut each peach into 8 vertical slices. Cool the marsh mellow mixture and add whipped cream.

Step 3

Add a few drops of vanilla essence and almond essence and mix.Spread some almonds over the cake pieces, pour the marsh mellow-cream mixture over.

Step 4

Arrange the peach slices along the rim of the glass, put a dollop of whipped cream in the centre, sprinkle some almonds over, chill in the refrigerator and serve.
