Ingredients list for Peaches in Red Wine

  • 2 large Peaches
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 1 large Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 8 tablespoons Chocolate cake crumbs
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar

Method

  1. Halve the peaches, seed them and cut into small pieces. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a non stick pan. Add peaches and saute. Add brown sugar and saute till the peaches soften.
  2. Put 2 tbsps cake crumbs in each of 4 stemmed glasses. Put the peaches over them. Pour red wine into the same pan, add sugar and cook till the wine reduces slightly.
  3. Pour equally over the peaches and serve.
