Ingredients list for Peanut Aloo

  • 3 large Potatoes boiled peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Green chillies slit
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add green chillies, cumin seeds and peanuts and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add potatoes and toss.
  3. Add turmeric powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix again. Serve hot.
