Ingredients list for Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Icecream - Cook Sm
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
- 4 Chocolate brownies
- 10 scoops Vanilla icecream
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Put honey and peanut butter into a bowl and beat well with an electric beater. Add 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream and beat again. Roughly crumble brownies and add to the bowl and continue to beat taking care that some brownie pieces remain.
- Transfer the mixture into a silicon mould.
- Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in another bowl and beat well. Spoon dollops of this ice cream over the peanut-vanilla mixture in the mould and create marble effects with a spoon.
- Cover the silicon mould with a lid and refrigerate till frozen.
- Serve chilled.
