Ingredients for Peanut Raisin Bar Recipe

  • Roasted Peanuts roasted and crushed 1 cup

  • Seedless Raisins wash and wiped 3/4 cup

  • Butter 1/4 cup + to grease

  • Sugar 1/4 cup

  • Honey 1/4 cup

  • Corn flakes, cereal 1 1/2 cups

Method

Step 1

Grease a tray.

Step 2

Heat butter in a pan. Add sugar and honey. Mix and simmer for three minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat. Add raisins, crushed peanuts and cornflakes and mix. Transfer into the tray, spread and press firmly with a flat spoon. Make marks with knife while mixture is still warm.

Step 4

When cool, cut and separate the pieces and serve.
