Ingredients list for Pear And Walnut Medley With Cheese
- 4 Pears quartered and cored
- 2 cups Walnuts coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Heat a non stick pan. Add walnuts, honey and cardamom powder. Cook on high heat till it begins to bubble.
- Remove pan from heat, and pour the sauce into a wide mouthed bowl and allow it to cool. In the meanwhile, heat the Grill Pan.
- Add pears and castor sugar. Mix well and grill for two minutes. Serve pears topped with walnut and honey sauce, garnished lightly with grated Parmesan cheese.
