Pepperoni Pizza Sticks Thick strips of rolled out pizza dough baked, topped with pepperoni, basil leaves and mozzarella cheese and gratinated. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pepperoni, Dough Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pepperoni Pizza Sticks as required Pepperoni slices 100 grams Dough pizza for greasing Olive oil for dusting Refined flour (maida) as required Fresh basil leaves to sprinkle Mozzarella cheese grated Method Preheat oven to 180ยบ C. Grease a baking tray with some olive oil. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a thin disc and spread it on the greased tray. Trim the edges to get a square shape and further cut out into thick strips to fit pepperoni slices. Prick the strips with a fork, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove the tray from oven and cool. Top each strip with 6-7 pepperoni slices and place 3-4 basil leaves. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Put the tray back in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
