Ingredients list for Peri Peri Chicken Nuggets - SK Khazana
- 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- as required Cornflour slurry
- for coating Panko crumbs
- for deep-frying Oil
- as required Tomato ketchup
Method
- Mix together powdered sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, chilli flakes, salt, cinnamon powder and chilli powder in a bowl. Add chicken cubes and mix well.
- Dip chicken pieces in slurry and coat with panko crumbs.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken cubes till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
