Ingredients list for Phulka - SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
 - to taste Salt
 - 2 tablespoons Oil
 
Method
- Mix together flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Add sufficient water, little by little and knead into soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 10-15 minutes.
 - Divide the dough into equal portions, shape them into balls, coat in flour and roll out into a phulka.
 - Heat a non-stick tawa. Cook each phulka till brown specs are formed on the underside. Transfer to direct flame and let it puff. Remove from heat.
 - Place them on individual thalis and serve hot with achaar and bhaji.
