Ingredients for Pineapple Relish Recipe

  • Pineapple finely chopped 1/2 cup

  • Pineapple jam 1/2 cup

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Pickled jalapenos finely chopped 4 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Put pineapple, pineapple jam, lemon juice and jalapenos in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.

Step 2

Serve as an accompaniment.
