Ingredients list for Pineapple pudding
- 1 Pineapple peeled and cut into cubes
- 7 tablespoons Sugar
- as required Digestive biscuits
- 10 Dates
- 10 Cashewnuts
- 1 cup Milk
- 200 millilitres Condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin
- 1 cup Fresh cream
Method
- Heat three tablespoons sugar add pineapple and cook on high heat till the water evaporates. Remove and let it cool.
- Layer these pineapples in a pudding tray. Layer marie biscuits on top of it followed by cashenuts and dates.
- In another pan mix together milk, three tablespoons sugar and condensed milk and bring it to boil. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add it to the milk.
- Pour the milk mixture on top of the pineapple layer and set it in the refrigerator.
- Beat the cream with remaining sugar and then pour this over the cooled pudding.
- Serve chilled garnished with sliced almonds.
