Ingredients list for Pistachio Coconut Cookies
- 2 cups Pistachios powdered
- ½ cup Desiccated coconut
- ¾ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg white
Method
- Take pistachio, powdered sugar and coconut in a bowl and mix. Add egg white and whisk well with an electric beater.
- Divide the mixture into small equal portions, shape them into small cakes and place them on the lined baking tray. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with silicon mat.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Serve.
