Collect the whey in a vessel and use it in other recipes. Combine hung yogurt with sugar and mix well until sugar is dissolved. Mix green cardamom powder and saffron. Add buttermilk and mix well. Add salt to taste. Garnish with mixed nuts and serve chilled.
