Ingredients for Poha Halwa Recipe

  • Pressed Rice 1 cup

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Ghee for greasing

  • Mixed dried fruits 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Soak the poha in milk. Add sugar and green cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 2

Grease a plate and pour the mixture in it. Heat a steamer and steam the mixture till done.

Step 3

Remove and crush the mixture lightly. Serve decorated with mixed dry fruits.
