By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Apr 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Polenta, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Polenta Cookies ½ cup Polenta tablespoon Butter 1 cup + 1 1¼ cups Refined flour (maida) ¾ cup Sugar 1 Egg 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon Salt 1 tablespoon Milk Method Advertisment Preheat the oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat. Cream together the butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater. Add the egg and vanilla essence and whisk. Add the salt and fold. Add the polenta and flour and fold again. Add the milk and mix well. Put small scoops of dough onto the lined baking tray and lightly flatten using the back of a fork. This makes twelve cookies. Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake forten to fifteen minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Serve.
