Ingredients for Pomegranate Chutney Recipe

  • Fresh pomegranate juice 1 1/2 cups

  • Green chillies slit and seeded 2

  • Tamarind pulp 2 teaspoons

  • Powdered sugar 1 teaspoon

  • Rose petals crushed 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Pour the pomegranate juice into a non-stick pan, add green chillies and tamarind pulp and cook till the mixture thickens.

Step 2

Add powdered sugar and rose petals, mix and switch off the heat.

Step 3

Cool and serve.
