  • 4 large Potatoes parboiled
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt

  1. Pat dry the potatoes. Heat the Grill Pan. Prick the potato skin in several places, wrap potatoes tightly in aluminium foil and place in the pan.
  2. Cook on low heat for thirty minutes, turning occasionally. Once done, unwrap foil and halve potatoes lengthways. Cut into strips. Melt butter in the hot pan and add salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
  3. Thread the potatoes onto skewers and place in the sizzling butter. Grill for five minutes and serve hot.
