Ingredients list for Potato Noodle Cutlet

  • 6 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
  • 2 cup Noodle boiled
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Refined flour (maida)
  • 4-5 Green chilli
  • to deep fry Oil
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. In a bowl combine together potatoes, noodles, coriander leaves, refined flour, green chillies,salt and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them intop cutlets.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick kadai nad deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
