Ingredients list for Potato Papad - SK Khazana

  • 4-5 Medium potatoes boiled and peeled
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • as required Oil

Method

  1. Grate potatoes into a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes and coriander leaves and mash well.
  2. Grease a large plastic sheet with some oil. Place a portion of potato mixture on it, drizzle some oil on it and press into a thin disc with the help of another sheet. Make more papads similarly.
  3. Arrange the papads on a sheet and sundry for 1 day. Flip the papads and sundry for 1 more day.
  4. Deep-fry and serve.
