Grind together onion, sea salt, roasted cumin powder, black peppercorns and lemon juice. Apply this ground paste and oil to potato wedges. Grease a baking tray and place potato wedges on it. Bake the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes at 180ºC. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
