Ingredients for Prune & Pistachio Chocolate Recipe

  • Prunes 16

  • Chocolate 200 grams

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • Pistachios blanched and peeled 16


Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the Microwave for thirty seconds to one minute. Remove and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix again.

Step 2

Keep mixing till it is a bit thick and smooth (ganache). Put this mixture into a piping bag and pipe it over the prunes.

Step 3

Decorate with a pistachio on each prune and serve.
