Ingredients for Prune And Pistachio Chocolate Rocks Recipe

  • Prunes 20

  • Chocolate 300 grams

  • Chocolate 500 grams

  • Coloured sugar balls as required


Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for one minute. Coarsely grind pistachios and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Whisk the chocolate till smooth and set aside to cool slightly. Chop prunes and add to the pistachios. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.

Step 3

Place a butter paper over a plate and drop spoons-full of chocolate mixture on it.

Step 4

Sprinkle coloured sugar balls over them and keep the plate in the refrigerator for about fifteen to twenty minutes to set.
