Ingredients list for Prunes and Walnut Lollypops

  • 1 cup Prunes finely chopped
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • Lollypop sticks

Method

  1. Dry roast walnuts in a non-stick wok for 4-5 minutes. Cool and grind them into a coarse powder and transfer it into a bowl.
  2. Cook prunes in the same wok, stirring continuously, for 4-5 minutes or till pulpy.
  3. Add walnut powder and green cardamom powder and mix well. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
  4. Pierce one end of the lollipop stick into each ball.
  5. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
