Ingredients list for Pudina Chutney

  • 1 bunch Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 4-5 Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds (anardana)
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Asafoetida

Method

  1. Pick, clean and wash the mint leaves. Roughly chop them. Remove stems, wash and roughly chop green chillies.
  2. Whisk yogurt. Grind the mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and green chillies to a fine paste in a grinder.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, whisked yogurt, asafoetida and mix well. Serve.
