Ingredients list for Pudina Chutni

  • 1 cup Mint
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 2 tablespoons Jaggery (gur) grated
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind paste
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds roasted
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Gring together mint leaves, coriander leves, jaggery, tamrind paste, green chillies, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, salt and sufficient water to make a fine paste.
  2. Serve with parathas.
