Ingredients for Pumpkin Cake Recipe

  • Pumpkin, grated 225 grams

  • brown sugar/jaggery 175 grams

  • Eggs 2

  • Refined flour (maida) 115 grams

  • Baking soda 5 gram

  • Almond flakes 50 grams

  • Oil 2 1/2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C .

Step 2

Mix together eggs and brown sugar.

Step 3

Mix together eggs and brown sugar.

Step 4

Add in the oil and mix well.Grease a 8 inch mould and pour the batter into it.

Step 5

Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.Serve warm.
