By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Feb 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Pumpkin, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pumpkin Pancake- SK Khazana 1/2 cup Pumpkin boiled and pureed 3/4 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Oats flour to taste Salt 2 Eggs 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1/2 cup Castor sugar 2 tablespo as required Melted butter 1/4 cup Milk to garnish Kiwi pieces for drizzling Honey Method Sift refined flour into a bowl. Add oats flour and salt and mix. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla essence and castor sugar and whisk well. Add butter and mix and whisk into a smooth batter. Heat some butter in a non-stick pan and wipe it with a wet tissue. Pour a ladleful of batter in it and spread into a pancake. Cook, turning sides, till evenly done on both sides.
