Ingredients for Quick Strawberry Cheese Cake Recipe

  • Hung curd 1 cup

  • Strawberries 8

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) grated 1/4 cup

  • Icing sugar 2 tablespoon

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Saffron (kesar) mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk 3-4 strands

  • Digestive biscuits 8


Step 1

Place the hung yogurt in a bowl. Add the cottage cheese, icing sugar, green cardamom powder and saffron milk and mix till soft and creamy.

Step 2

Spread a thick layer of this mixture over each biscuit and smoothen the surface with a dampened knife. Slice the strawberries without slicing through completely.

Step 3

Gently spread them out into a fan and place one over the topping on each biscuit. Serve immediately.
