Ingredients list for Quickest Dahi Bhalla

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 6 cups Yogurt
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Mint chutney
  • to taste Sweet date and tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves

Method

  1. Whisk yogurt well with sugar and little bit of salt. Keep aside.
  2. Cut sides of the bread slice. Soak in to warm water just for 2 seconds and drain the water.
  3. Make round roll of each bread in ball shape. Keep aside
  4. For serving; place bread Bhalla (ball) on a plate/katori and cover with whisked yogurt.
  5. Add mint chutney and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
