Ingredients list for Rajgara Atta Aur Sama Ki Idli
- 1 cup Rajgire ka Atta sieved
- 1/2 cup Varai
- 1/2 cup Kootoo ki dal
- 6 cups Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
- 1 teaspoon Peppercorns crushed (optional)
- to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
Method
- Soak rajgara atta, kuttu ki dal and vari in buttermilk for four to five hours. Add green chillies, crushed pepper and sindha namak to the batter. Mix it well.
- Boil water in idli steamer, pour one full spoon of rajgara batter in idly stand. Steam it for fifteen minutes. Serve hot.
