  • 3/4 cup Split Black Gram Skinless soaked
  • to deep fry Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Grind the dal to a thin paste.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Divide the paste into small pakoris and deep fry them till golden brown in color.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. In a non-stick pan add sugar and one cup of water and cook till sugar dissolves.
  5. Add the pakoris in the syrup and green cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.Serve.
