Ingredients list for Rose Ice Cream With Gulab Jamun

  • 1 cup Vanilla ice cream
  • 5-7 Gulab jamuns
  • 2 teaspoons Gulkand
  • 2 teaspoons Rose water
  • 1/4 cup Rose syrup
  • 6-8 Gulab jamuns

Method

  1. Mix together ice cream, rose petals, gulkand, rose water and rose syrup in a bowl and freeze till set. Soak the gulab jamuns in a little water and heat in the microwave for one minute. Squeeze the gulab jamuns to remove excess water and serve them topped with the rose ice cream and drizzled with a little rose syrup and a few rose petals on top.
