Ingredients list for Saeb Ka Halwa
- 2 cups Apple
- 3/4 Sugar
- 1/2 cup Khoya/mawa,grated
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Mixed nuts,chopped
Method
- Cook the grated apples with sugar in a thick-bottomed kadai till the sugar melts. Add the khoya and cook over low heat until the khoya melts.
- Continue to cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the moisture dries up. Stir in the cardamom powder. Decorate with the mixed nuts and serve hot.
