Ingredients list for Sago With Honeydew

  • 3/4 cup Sago
  • 1 Honeydew Melon
  • 1 cup Fresh coconut milk
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 4 tablespoons Rose syrup

Method

  1. Soak sago in 2 cups water for 30 minutes. Drain. Heat 4 cups in a deep non stick pan, add sago and cook till translucent. Drain well and set aside to cool completely.
  2. Halve the melon and scoop out small balls and place them in a deep glass bowl. Add sago, fresh coconut milk and sugar and mix well. Add ice cubes and mix. Pour into individual stemmed glasses.
  3. Drizzle 1 tbsp rose syrup on each glass and serve chilled.
