By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Samosas, White bread slices Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Samosa Sandwich 4 Samosas 8 White bread slices 8 teaspoon to toast Butter 8 teaspoons Green chutney 2 Medium onions sliced into roundels 2 Medium tomatoes sliced into roundels to taste Salt 4 Cheese slices to drizzle Tamarind chutney to sprinkle Nylon sev for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method To make each sandwich, apply butter on 2 bread slices followed by green chutney. Press one samosa lightly and place on 1bread slices. Top with a few onion roundels and a few tomato roundels. Sprinkle salt and place a slice of cheese on top. Cover with the 2nd slice chutney side facing downwards.. Heat a non-stick tawa. Add some butter, place thesandwich and apply some more butter on top. When the underside turns golden, flip and cook till the other side too turns golden. Make the remaining sandwiches similarly. Cut each sandwich into 4 equal squares and place them on separate serving plates. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney.
