Ingredients for Sangria Popsicles Recipe

  • Red wine 1½-2 cups

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 tablespoons

  • Strawberries chopped 6-8

  • Fresh mint sprigs 2-4

  • pomegranate juice 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat red wine in a non-stick pan. Add castor sugar, mix and cook till it melts.

Step 2

Put some strawberries in a popsicle mould tray.

Step 3

Remove pan from heat, add torn mint sprigs and mix. Add pomegranate juice and mix.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the popsicle mould tray, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours.

Step 5

Demould and serve immediately.
