Ingredients list for Sangrita

  • 100 millilitres Tomato Juice
  • 100 millilitres Orange Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 stalks Celery

Method

  1. Blend together tomato juice, orange juice and onion. Add Worcestershire sauce, tobasco sauce, salt, ice cubes, lemon juice and blend well.
  2. Rub celery on the rim of the glass and then dip the rim in salt. Pour the drink in the glass and serve chilled.
